honestly these days i don’t really care at all about tumblr and feel like it’s a huge waste of time more than anything else. i got a job writing for something legit and can support myself producing comedy and kind of wanna do things in real life.

i’m also just really exhausted with this hive mind. i wasn’t aware of social issues until i left for college and tweens get RIPPED APART for not knowing proper terminology or having a broader perspective for someone who has never fucking left home. a 14 year old girl was bullied by the steven universe fandom over her art so hard that she literally tried to KILL HERSELF. that’s fucking insane.

the social justice here is not about educating, it’s about demeaning and shredding everyone who doesn’t know what you know, whether or not they’ve even had the opportunity to learn. there’s such a thing as going too far in the right direction and it’s pretty much just as bad. this place…kind of sucks. i might be back around occasionally but like, i just don’t think this place is for me anymore.
